Refund Policy

Because of the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any orders, unless the item is defective in some way.

However, we want you to be happy with the products you’ve received.  So please check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.

Please note that because our products are handmade in small batches, they may vary slightly in texture or colour. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.

To claim a refund or exchange, please contact us at rivervewe@gmail.com before returning any products. 

After returns are received in full, we will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are faulty.
